Exceptional XL azurite-malachite specimen with very intense coloring and a strong contrast between deep blue azurite and vibrant green malachite.

The front is extensively covered with both copper minerals: deep dark blue to vibrant cobalt blue azurite areas alternate with rich green, partly finely velvety to radiating malachite aggregates. The clear natural separation of the two colors is particularly beautiful, giving the specimen a very striking and decorative character.

The azurite shows a finely crystalline, glittering surface in places and forms dense coatings on the matrix. The malachite appears over a large area in a vibrant green and displays various structures – from compact coatings to fine, fibrous or radial aggregates.

The sides and the back also show the natural matrix with further small azurite areas and mineral associates. This makes the specimen interesting not only from the front, but also from different angles.
