Gemstones & crystals produce diverse effects as healing stones, chakra stones, lucky stones, ritual stones, or protective stones.

When you first start to explore the topic of crystals and gemstones, it can be a little overwhelming. What makes these small and large energy stones so special? Which one is right for me, and what effects is it known for? And what do I do with it then? Don't worry, we felt the same way at the beginning. The first thing you need to know is: You can't really do anything wrong. Gemstones can be integrated into your everyday life very simply.

Gemstones are considered powerful companions, especially in a time when we spend most of our day looking at small screens. We quickly forget the world around us and feel disconnected - from nature, our fellow human beings, and ultimately ourselves.
Even though it's easy to forget with their dazzling colors and extraordinary cuts: gemstones come from nature. They are formed from magma deep within the earth or by high pressure on rock and can transfer this energy to us. It often takes many millennia for a stone to reach the Earth's surface.
The stone you finally hold in your hands is therefore many years older and carries a lot of wisdom and power within it. Let this thought ground you, arrive in the moment, and look not only to the future but also to what has already been. Only then can we learn.
Whether you simply wear your new companion and let it work on you ~ or use it for rituals & ceremonies, is now in your hands.

Sugilite

Sugilite is one of the most valuable gemstones, but it has not been known for long. It was named after the mineralogist Dr. K. Sugi, who discovered it in 1944.

The gemstone Sugilite is a special feature among healing stones. The interesting coloring, the radiance, and the positive life energy that a Sugilite radiates make this stone a small individual treasure for every user. In addition, the sometimes high price makes a Sugilite an overall extraordinary specimen in the world of gemstones.
Sugilite is often also called the "New Age Stone" because it is supposed to warn of the end of the world. It was found at the place in Africa where the cradle of humanity is believed to be. Exactly at this place, it is said to have been brought from the interior of the earth by the power of all planets to protect people from the evil rays of the cosmos, from diseases, and from megalomania.

This gemstone imparts so much positive energy to process and cope with even difficult things. Whether it's a severe stroke of fate, addiction to drugs or similar substances - Sugilite can provide assistance to the user here. The stone can support a positive attitude towards life and promote personal responsibility. With its life energy, it can show the way to a new beginning after such obstacles. With its very own aura, it can enable the user to take a more direct new direction than before - and thus usher in a new era of self-realization. The stone can also unfold its supportive and liberating effect in cases of fears and anxieties, paranoia, agoraphobia or even schizophrenic states, as well as various life crises. Another important criterion is that the healing stone can contribute to resolving conflicts with other people. For this stone to unfold its full aura and spread positive life energy, it should be discharged at least once a month. This process is best carried out using tumbled hematite stones.

The Sugilite should always be in direct skin contact with the user. For this purpose, it is best placed on the body parts that are to be supplied with positive life energy. This gemstone is also suitable for direct contact with water. Thus, the user can also use it for the production of gemstone water. The effect of such water can be described as particularly powerful. For production, a gemstone bowl is suitable, in which the gemstone water is generated with steam. A Sugilite can be used very well for all conceivable chakras. However, it works best when applied to the crown chakra and the third eye. In addition to these main chakras, the healing stone can also be used in the vicinity of the throat and heart chakras, the sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, or the root chakra. Meditation with a Sugilite is also possible. With the help of this method, for example, the spiritual horizon of the user can be expanded.

The Sugilite, the zodiac signs, and its origin

For followers of astrology and zodiac lore, Sugilite is also an important gemstone. It is considered an important main stone for the zodiac signs Libra and Pisces. For users with the zodiac sign Libra, the Sugilite gemstone can help achieve greater self-determination and freedom. For Pisces, Sugilite can improve discipline and, moreover, provide support in various problematic areas of life. The main occurrence of Sugilite is found in South Africa. In addition, there are findings in Japan and India, as well as on the fifth continent, in Australia. Overall, the healing stone Sugilite is still quite rare - which sometimes results in a correspondingly high price. Many users and friends of Sugilite also wonder how it even forms. Sugilite is formed by the influence of hydrothermal solutions on manganese ores or, at a magmatic level, bound in syenite. Experts refer to this as a metasomatic formation of the stone. A Sugilite belongs to the so-called mineral class of silicates. Its sometimes intensely red-violet coloration comes from its manganese-based origin. Sugilite is a stone that often appears together with other substances, such as Aegirine and Albite, as well as Quartz.

For energy cleansing, we recommend tumbled hematite stones, which you can find individually in our shop.
