Gemstones & crystals produce diverse effects as healing stones, chakra stones, lucky stones, ritual stones, or protective stones.

When you first start exploring the world of crystals and gemstones, it can be a little overwhelming at first. What makes these small and large energy stones so special? Which one is right for me and what effect is it known for? And what do I do with them then? Don't worry, we felt the same way at the beginning. The first thing you need to know is: You really can't do anything wrong. Gemstones can be very simply integrated into your everyday life.

Gemstones are considered powerful companions, especially in a time when we spend most of our day looking at small screens. We quickly forget the world around us and feel disconnected – from nature, our fellow human beings, and ultimately from ourselves.
Even if it is easy to forget given their shimmering colors and extraordinary cuts: gemstones come from nature. They are formed from magma deep within the earth or through intense pressure on rock and can transfer this energy to us. It often takes many millennia for a stone to reach the earth's surface.
The stone you finally hold in your hands is therefore many years older and carries a great deal of wisdom and strength within it. Let this thought ground you, arrive in the moment, and look not only at the future but also at what has already been. This is the only way we can learn.
Whether you simply wear your new companion and let its influence work on you ~ or use it for rituals & ceremonies, is now in your hands.

Sugilite

Sugilite is one of the most valuable gemstones, yet it has not been known for long. It was named after the mineralogist Dr. K. Sugi, who discovered it in 1944.

The gemstone Sugilite represents a special feature among healing stones. The interesting coloring, the radiance, and the positive life energy that a Sugilite emits make this stone a small, individual treasure for every user. Added to this is the sometimes high price, which makes Sugilite an overall extraordinary specimen in the world of gemstones.
Sugilite is often referred to as the "New Age Stone" because it is said to warn against the end of the world. It is said to have been found in Africa at the site where the cradle of humanity is suspected to be. It is at this very location that it is said to have been brought up from the inside of the earth by the power of all the planets to protect people from the evil rays of the cosmos, from diseases, and from megalomania.

This gemstone provides so much positive energy to process and cope with even difficult things. Whether it's a severe blow of fate or dependence on drugs or similar substances – Sugilite can provide assistance to the user here. The stone can support a positive attitude towards life and promote personal responsibility. With its life energy, it can show the way to a new beginning after such obstacles. With its own unique aura, it can empower the user to take a different direction more straightforwardly than before - and thus point to a new era of life toward self-realization. The stone can also unfold its supporting and releasing effect in cases of fears and anxiety, paranoia, claustrophobia, or schizophrenic states, as well as various life crises. Another criterion is that the healing stone can contribute to a resolution in conflicts with other people. For this stone to unfold its full aura and spread its positive life energy, it should be discharged at least once a month. This process is best carried out using hematite tumble stones.

Sugilite should always be in direct skin contact with the user. To this end, it is best placed on the affected parts of the body that are to be supplied with positive life energy. This gemstone is also suitable for coming into direct contact with water. Thus, the user can also use it for the production of gemstone water. The effect of such water can be described as particularly powerful. For production, a gemstone bowl is suitable, in which the gemstone water is generated with steam. A Sugilite can be used really well for all conceivable chakras. However, it works best when used on the crown chakra and the third eye. In addition to these main chakras, the healing stone can also be used in the area of the throat and heart chakra, the sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, or the root chakra. Meditation with a Sugilite is also possible. With the help of this method, for example, the user's mental horizon can be expanded.

Sugilite, the Zodiac signs, and origin

Sugilite is also an important gemstone for followers of astrology and zodiac sign studies. It is considered an important main stone for the zodiac signs Libra and Pisces. For users with the zodiac sign Libra, the Sugilite gemstone can help increase self-determination and freedom. For Pisces, Sugilite can improve the ability to be disciplined and, on top of that, support in various problematic areas of life. The main occurrence of Sugilite is in South Africa. There are also findings in Japan and India, as well as on the fifth continent, Australia. Overall, the healing stone Sugilite is still quite rare - which also partly results in a correspondingly high price. Many users and friends of Sugilite also ask themselves how it is formed at all. Sugilite is formed through the influence of hydrothermal solutions on manganese ores or on a magmatic level bound in syenite. Experts speak here of a metasomatic formation of the stone. Sugilite belongs to the so-called mineral class of silicates. Its partly intense red-violet coloring stems from its manganese-based origin. Sugilite is a stone that often appears together with other substances, such as aegirine and albite, as well as quartz.

For energy cleansing, we recommend hematite tumble stones, which you can find individually in our shop.
