Whether you have already experienced some ceremonies & rituals, or are completely new to the world of incense burning, with us you will find an easy introduction to the magic of herbs.
We were deeply inspired and a passion was ignited.
Many wonderful little corked jars were hand-packed for hours, even days – lovingly labeled – and each herb/spice/resin etc. was burned and enjoyed from one "ohh mmm...wow...hmmm..." to the next...thanks to these fantastic aromas from all over the world! :)
Our senses were heightened to the highest level of pleasure, and we recommend rituals! ~ Smudge yourselves thoroughly throughout the winter; there are many different herbs with various effects and scents. Drink a freshly brewed tea and invite friends to join you for a ceremony.
With our herbs, roots, and resins, you can achieve a great deal in a ritual and guide your life towards a sensual spiritual path...
Connect with nature... your spiritual inner self... breathe in and let the scents work their magic on you...
The burning of herbs, resins, or spices is an ancient custom long practiced in many cultures. Celts burned incense on their household altars, in the Orient a particularly elaborate fragrance and incense culture developed in honor of the gods, and Native American tribes in America used it to seek healing and harmony with nature. While in the Western world it is primarily about scenting rooms and altering the atmosphere, incense is used for other purposes in shamanism: there, the targeted burning of specific herbs is intended to induce an altered state of consciousness and facilitate a connection to other realms. In the Catholic Church, the scent of incense remains an integral part of religious rituals even today.
You are completely free to use incense "for what," whether to cleanse your personal environment of negative energies, for a deep ritual with beings from other planets, to heal your body, to enjoy your senses and to relax, or simply to work...it is entirely up to you what you use these powerful herbs for, which had their origins with the North American Indians, the "Native Americans," and their culture.
Generally, people burn incense and steam to achieve certain effects. This might involve finding relief from depression, grounding themselves with certain substances, or simply feeling good.
Burning incense is often a meditative practice, a gift to oneself. The smoke and fragrance envelop body and mind, allowing us to surrender to it.
Active ingredients from herbs, woods, resins and whatever else can be burned as incense usually enter the body through the skin and less often, as previously thought, through the nose.
Gently steaming a plant's active ingredient can have its effect on the body without producing a strong odor. "Less is more" can be very true when it comes to steaming.
With our herbs, roots, and resins, you can achieve a great deal in a ritual and guide your life towards a sensual spiritual path...

We wish you lots of joy and enjoyment while smoking ♥
