A little piece of Greek nature, straight from our own garden on the sunny island of Rhodes.

Our olive oil comes from our private olive grove in Soroni, a small village on the Greek island of Rhodes. Here, our Koroneiki olive trees grow under the Mediterranean sun and are tended to by us personally with a great deal of love and genuine manual labor.

We do not produce our olive oil in industrial quantities, but rather from the olives of our own trees. In doing so, we place special emphasis on respectful treatment of nature, careful harvesting, and the quality of our olives.

🌿 An olive grove with over 30 years of pesticide-free care

The history of our land is particularly close to our hearts.

The previous owner stated that for over 30 years, they had refrained from using pesticides and chemical plant protection products. We are continuing this tradition.

We also do not use any pesticides or chemical plant protection products when caring for our olive trees.

Our trees grow in their natural Mediterranean environment. Instead of intensive cultivation, we rely on personal care, patience, and treating our small olive grove as naturally as possible.

🫒 Careful manual olive harvest

Our olives are harvested by us personally and with great care by hand.

In doing so, we ensure a gentle approach with the fruit and our trees. Every harvest is something special to us and an integral part of our life on Rhodes.

Our olive oil comes from the harvest of January 2026.

From our own olive grove to the finished bottle, we know exactly where our olives come from and how our trees were cared for.

✨ Koroneiki – Fruity with a pleasantly piquant note

For our olive oil, we use olives of the traditional Greek Koroneiki variety.

Our olive oil is characterized by a fruity aroma and a pleasantly piquant note in the finish.

It is excellent for Mediterranean cuisine and gives many dishes a special flavor.

Especially delicious with fresh bread, Greek salad, pasta, grilled vegetables, or simply on its own with a little sea salt.

🌸 Also for natural skin and hair care

Our olive oil is not only suitable for consumption, but can also be used for the external care of skin and hair.

For centuries, olive oil has been valued in the Mediterranean region for body care as well. It can be used as a nourishing body oil, for dry skin areas, or as a hair oil.

For sensitive skin, we recommend testing the oil on a small patch of skin first.

Our olive oil is presented in an elegant, dark green glass bottle with a high-quality real wood cap.
