A Little Piece of Greek Nature, Straight from Our Own Garden on the Sunny Island of Rhodes.

Our olive oil comes from our private olive grove in Soroni, a small village on the Greek island of Rhodes. Here, our Koroneiki olive trees grow under the Mediterranean sun and are personally tended by us with great care and genuine craftsmanship.

We do not produce our olive oil in industrial quantities; instead, it is made from the olives grown on our own trees. We place particular importance on treating nature with respect, harvesting gently, and ensuring the quality of our olives.

🌿 An Olive Grove Tended Without Pesticides for Over 30 Years

The history of our land is particularly close to our hearts.

According to the previous owner, pesticides and chemical plant protection products had not been used on the land for over 30 years. We continue this tradition.

We also do not use pesticides or chemical plant protection products when tending our olive trees.

Our trees grow in their natural Mediterranean environment. Instead of intensive cultivation, we rely on personal care, patience, and a natural approach to our small olive grove.

🫒 Gentle Hand-Harvesting of Olives

Our olives are personally and carefully harvested by hand.

We take care to treat the fruit and our trees gently. Each harvest is special to us and an integral part of our life on Rhodes.

Our olive oil comes from the January 2026 harvest.

From our own olive grove to the finished bottle, we know exactly where our olives come from and how our trees have been tended.

We use olives of the traditional Greek Koroneiki variety for our olive oil.

Our olive oil is characterized by a fruity aroma and a pleasantly piquant finish.

It is excellent for Mediterranean cuisine and adds a special flavor to many dishes.

Especially delicious with fresh bread, Greek salad, pasta, grilled vegetables, or simply on its own with a little sea salt.

Our olive oil is not only suitable for consumption but can also be used for external skin and hair care.

For centuries, olive oil has also been valued in the Mediterranean region for body care. It can be used as a nourishing body oil, for dry areas of the skin, or as a hair oil.
