Sugilite

Sugilite is one of the most valuable gemstones, yet it has only been known for a relatively short time. It was named after the mineralogist Dr. K. Sugi, who discovered it in 1944.

The gemstone sugilite is unique among healing stones. Its intriguing color, radiance, and the positive life energy it exudes make it a small, personal treasure for every user. Furthermore, its sometimes high price makes sugilite an exceptional specimen in the world of gemstones.
Sugilite is often referred to as a "New Age Stone" because it is said to warn of the end of the world. It was supposedly found in Africa at the site believed to be the cradle of humanity. It is claimed that it was brought from the Earth's interior by the power of all the planets to protect people from the evil rays of the cosmos, from disease, and from delusions of grandeur.

This gemstone imparts so much positive energy that it can help process and cope with even difficult situations.
