Water stones and healing stones and the approach to healing with gemstones is not a trend of our time. Even in the Middle Ages, doctors and healers used valuable natural stones to provide people with relief from a wide variety of ailments.

One of the most famous personalities of her time was the Abbess Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), who had already devoted herself to the teaching of healing through gemstones in the 12th century. The application of knowledge in the form of gemstones, water stones and healing stones in our time still goes back in important parts to her science and the results that she discovered through her medical research. She documented her findings and recorded them in books for posterity. In their “Healing Stones Lexicon” reports on 24 important healing stones with their applications and effects are recorded that are still valid today. Although one or two applications from the early 12th century may seem a bit strange to us today, their observations from that time show surprising parallels to the findings of today's research.

Water revitalization with gemstones. Water stones use various minerals and gemstones to energize water. The water quality can be improved with minerals and stones. The water can become tastier and easier to tolerate.
Instead of buying expensive equipment, you can easily energize drinking water at home using gemstones. Gemstones have their own vibrations that have a positive effect on water. Pure water and oxygen revitalize the human organism and increase our performance like fresh water from a mountain spring. With every sip of bio-energized water, the substance that supplies us with vitality and informs all of the body's cells with healthy growth enters us.
Spring water is informed by bioenergetic gemstones and crystals inside the earth. The same thing that minerals and crystals have given water through its long journey inside the earth, you can achieve with gemstones yourself with ordinary tap water or osmosis-filtered water. Try it, you will taste the difference immediately. Living water can contribute significantly more to well-being. Stone water can also be used for cooking, baking, desserts or personal body care.
Cleaning, charging the water stones:

In general, all stones should be thoroughly cleaned with water before they are used to prepare drinking water. You can charge it in the moonlight or in the morning sun or evening sun. You can also place them on rock crystals for a few hours.

Important: you should give the stones a break after a week at the latest
these are discharged from the negative influences that they have removed from the water.
To clean, place under cold running water for 10 minutes, in the morning
or in the evening sun, but you can also place them on small hematite stones
and recharge. Then use as usual.

When you start looking into the topic of crystals and gemstones, it can be a little overwhelming at first. What makes the small and large energy stones so special? Which one is right for me and what effect is it known for? And then what do I do with it? Don't worry, we felt the same way at the beginning. The first thing you need to know: You can't really do anything wrong. Gemstones can be easily integrated into your everyday life.

Gemstones are considered powerful companions, especially at a time when we spend most of our day looking at small screens. We quickly forget the world around us and feel separated - from nature, our fellow human beings and ultimately ourselves.
Even if you quickly forget it with the dazzling colors and extraordinary cuts: gemstones come from nature. They arise from magma inside the earth or through high pressure on a rock and can transfer this energy to us. It often takes many thousands of years for a stone to penetrate the earth's surface.
The stone you finally hold in your hands is many years older and carries a lot of wisdom and power. Let this thought ground you, arrive in the moment and look not only to the future, but also to what has already been. This is the only way we can learn.
Whether you just wear your new companion and let it work on you ~ or use it for rituals and ceremonies is now in your hands.

The Schörl is the only tourmaline from whose power children, women and men can benefit to the same extent. It is rightly considered the strongest and best protective stone for the body and soul.

It helps you to separate yourself from the outside world and to resolve your own confusions. This creates clarity and relief for the overheated mind.

Schörl is a wonderful companion in your professional life if you want to use your mental skills in a focused, clear and efficient manner. It promotes logical and rational thinking and frees you from unnecessary pondering and mental excesses.
At the same time, this clarity and the small portion of pragmatism ensures inner sovereignty and increases your own healthy, self-confident demeanor.

Black tourmaline has been known as a mineral in Europe since ancient times. The name Schörl for the black tourmaline appeared for the first time around 1500, while the name tourmaline was only mentioned for the first time around 1636. Tourmaline black is still known today as Schörl. Originally the name Schörl meant "unclean, useless ore", as black tourmaline in particular ran through valuable ores.

Tourmaline black, also called Schörl, is created exclusively through volcanic activity. The main areas where tourmaline (black) is found are in Brazil, Madagascar and Afghanistan. Black tourmaline is often grown together with various types of quartz, orthoclase, albite or various types of mica. The crystal formation of black tourmaline can be quite diverse. In black tourmaline, tufted crystals, radial formations, as well as confusingly composed crystal turf or float steps occur. Dense masses - without any crystal formation - also occur with tourmaline (black).

The black tourmaline consists mainly of sodium, iron and aluminum, fluorine, hydrogen, oxygen and boron. The composition of the Schörl can vary depending on where it was found. Occasionally calcium, chromium, lithium, magnesium, manganese or titanium also occur - all of these elements give the black tourmaline a kind of personal touch, depending on where it was found.
