Apatite
The name apatite comes from Greek and translates as "deceiving" (apatáo). This name is attributed to the fact that the stone is very often confused with other stones such as aquarmarin, beryl or calcite.
Apatite is an anhydrous calcium phosphate. Often confused with other stones in the past, the healing stone was best known for its strong blue color. As a healing stone, it is so popular because it is very rich in minerals that can also be found in the human organism.
Apatite-origin and history
Apatite is found in Brazil, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Mexico, Myanmar (Burma), Norway, Sri Lamla, South Africa and the United States.
Apatite is found hydrothermally in pegmatites and metamorphic limestone, but also forms in igneous rock or from organic material in sedimentary rock.
Apatite effect
Against stress, anger, grief, listlessness. It strengthens self-confidence, promotes goal determination, individuality and tolerance. Through the open and positive basic attitude and which is developed from it, he leads out of serpency and displeasure.
