Toxic water stones include malachite, azurite, turquoise, tiger's eye and pyrite - but there are others.


Water stones, healing stones, and the approach of healing with gemstones are not a modern trend. Even in the Middle Ages, doctors and healers used valuable natural stones to provide relief for people suffering from a wide variety of ailments.

One of the most famous figures of her time was Abbess Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), who dedicated herself to the teachings of healing through gemstones as early as the 12th century. The application of this knowledge in the form of gemstones, water stones, and healing stones in our time is still largely based on her science and the results she discovered through her medical research. She documented her findings and recorded them in books for posterity. Her "Healing Stone Lexicon" contains still-valid accounts of 24 important healing stones, including their uses and effects. While some of the applications from the early 12th century may seem somewhat strange to us today, her observations from that time show striking parallels to the findings of modern research.

Cleaning and recharging the water stones:

Generally, all stones should be thoroughly cleaned with water before being used for drinking water purification. They can be recharged in moonlight, morning sun, or evening sun. Alternatively, they can be placed on top of rock crystals for a few hours.

They are formed from magma deep within the Earth or through high pressure exerted on a rock, and can transfer this energy to us.
