Regeneration should be carried out with the help of a rock crystal, which restores the stone's power. Gemstones such as hematite discharge well when combined with tumbled rock crystal. The rock crystal simultaneously recharges the stone in reverse. In addition to rubbing with a lint-free cloth, these healing stones can also be placed in the freezer overnight for a thorough cleaning. Afterward, the stone will regain its metallic luster and resume its positive energy flow to the chakra regions.
